HTML HTML Assessment 45h track

HTML Completion Assessment

Complete the HTML Website project, answer the HTML Quiz, and ask another person to review your markup.

Understand the topic

Finishing a course should mean demonstrating skills, not only opening every lesson. Use a final project and knowledge check to assess your work. This course includes a self-assessment rubric; it does not issue an accredited certificate, record verified completion, or represent a W3Schools qualification. Ask a teacher or peer to review your project against the criteria before describing your skills publicly.

Worked example

<fieldset><legend>Final project checklist</legend>
<label><input type="checkbox"> Valid document structure and descriptive title</label><br>
<label><input type="checkbox"> Semantic headings, landmarks, and working links</label><br>
<label><input type="checkbox"> Useful image alternatives and labelled forms</label><br>
<label><input type="checkbox"> Responsive layout and keyboard access</label><br>
<label><input type="checkbox"> Tested project and explained design choices</label>
</fieldset>

The checklist is a local review aid. Its ticks are not saved as proof of completion and do not create an issued credential.

Practice

Complete the HTML Website project, answer the HTML Quiz, and ask another person to review your markup.

Show a suggested answer
A review should include the source files, a working page, keyboard testing, form error checks, and a short explanation of semantic choices.

Common mistake

Do not claim an externally awarded certificate merely because you completed this local checklist.
