HTML Syllabus
Identify one project you can build after the foundations and one after forms.
Understand the topic
The course moves from document foundations to practical interfaces and supporting references. Start with structure and semantics, then practice content, navigation, images, and tables. Continue into forms, graphics, and media. Browser API lessons introduce capabilities that require JavaScript and sometimes server support. Finish with a project and use the references when you need to look up details.
Worked example
<ol><li>Structure, elements, attributes, and text</li><li>Colors, links, images, tables, and lists</li><li>Semantics, layout, encoding, and forms</li><li>Graphics, media, and browser APIs</li><li>Practice, final website, and assessment</li><li>Reference topics for continued work</li></ol>
The API material extends HTML authoring; you are not expected to become a JavaScript or backend expert before writing a useful HTML page.
Practice
Identify one project you can build after the foundations and one after forms.
Show a suggested answer
After foundations: an informative event page. After forms: a labelled registration interface connected to a preview or a real validated endpoint.Common mistake
Do not skip document structure and accessibility because visual examples seem more exciting. Those foundations support the later work.
